INTAKE FORM
Please fill out this form once before your first visit. If that’s not possible, we’ll gladly take about 15 minutes before your first massage to complete it together. By filling out the form in advance, we can focus entirely on your massage as soon as you arrive.

PUNCTUALITY
To ensure that every client can be treated at the scheduled time, please arrive punctually. Your reserved time slot is kept exclusively for you. If you arrive late, this may affect the next appointment. In such cases, the treatment time will be shortened or the appointment may be cancelled. In that case, the scheduled treatment fee will still apply.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation, please notify me as soon as possible. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In case of a late cancellation, the session will still be charged.
HYGIENE
I attach great importance to hygiene and safety. Please also ensure proper personal hygiene before your massage session.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing, and remove belts or jewelry.
After your supportive massage, take some time to rest and drink plenty of water to let the effects fully settle.

Mobility
If you have limited mobility and have difficulty with stairs, please let me know in advance. In that case, I will move the massage table to the ground floor and provide access via the garage.
